Conference 2009: SPE Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Juried Student Photography Exhibition

The 2009 Photo Exhibition Contest will be juried by SPE Mid-Atlantic and Northeast board members.

What to Send:

An email message to spe.midatlanti@gmail.com containing your name, address, phone number, and school/year in the message body. Send up to 3 of your strongest images by October 10th, 2009. Images should be saved as RGB .JPG files that are no larger than 10 inches in either height or width at a resolution of 72 dpi.

Attach a brief, 300–word statement about the images and a scan of your current student ID. There is no entry fee.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled university or college students are encouraged to submit photographically based images (color, B&W, ditital, mixed media). Students must be residing in one of the following states represented by SPEMA and SPENE:

  • Connecticut
  • Maine
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • N. Virginia (NOVA)
  • Pennsylvania
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Washington, DC
  • West Virginia
 

If Work is Accepted:

Images will be exhibited at Montclair State University in projetion format throughout the duration of the conference as well as online on the SPEMA website.
